I have had bad experiences with the last two dentist. 1st talked me into a root canal, it came out twice. He then stated it was done wrong (by his office) & I should get implants. The 2nd did the filling and crown that needs to be redone. That dentist said there was nothing he could do about it. So I had not seen a dentist in some time. This is the second emergency I have had and for both I came to little smiles big smiles . My second emergency is during the Covid 19 pandemic, walking into the office everyone is wearing masks and taking temperatures upon arrival, the receptionist asks you simple health questions to ensure no symptoms of Covid 19. This totally made me feel so comfortable, Doctor Hassan is hands down the best Doctor, extremely trustworthy with her expertise in dentistry. I have had two major emergencies and both have been such an amazing experience. I highly recommend the staff is very friendly, relatable, knowledgeable, considerate, and consistent. I am always impressed with a dental hygienist at Little Smiles big smiles. They've had a lot of work done to my teeth in the office and have been going for regular cleanings for the past year. I have a plaque tartar buildup problem no matter how much I floss or brush, she always does an amazing job on my teeth and I walked away with a shiny smile! I haven't been to a dentist in over 8 years due to my fear of the dentist and the pain. My first appointment with the ( female) Dentist was incredible I was in the chair for about an hour and 20 minutes because she was working so well with me and my complete Panic anxiety for even being in the chair. She was so friendly as well as the technician and the office staff and made me feel more confident about getting my teeth finally fixed. When I went in for my second appointment for my cleaning I was a little nervous but also new I had a good team that was going to be working with me. The technician was amazing and again was totally understanding of my anxiety and took their time and listen to me when I needed a break here and there. I couldn't believe how painless the whole procedure was. It was amazing, she was super nice and my teeth feel great. I have a million noce things to say, but only allpwed 100 characters.
